February 21st, 2010 from 1400 - 1700 at the CYC Clubhouse
A brief overview of the basics of Sailing Instructions, Racing Rules, reading course descriptions and starting procedures will be offered. If you know how to sail and want to try racing, this is just enough to get you on the race course with a semblance of confidence that you know what to expect. Everyone has to start somewhere.

March - August
The Team Racing Program offers practice and training on and off the water to anyone interested in team racing where 3 boats spar against 3 boats. The Program begins at the CYC Clubhouse introducing sailors to team racing and offering tactical coaching. Then using boats at Sail Sand Point, participants get on-the-water practice, coaching debriefs and the opportunity to represent CYC in regional team racing regattas.
